Custom production, framing, and quality assurance take 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.
Domestic US transit takes 3 to 5 business days via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground (3–7 business days total from order to delivery).
As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, a tracking number is automatically generated and sent to your email. You can also view real-time delivery status right inside the PrintAI Guru app.
Because our physical framed prints are custom made-to-order from your generated artwork, standard buyer's remorse returns are not accepted. However, we stand 100% behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If your frame or print arrives broken, cracked, scratched, or flawed, simply contact support@printai.guru within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will immediately issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method or ship a brand-new reprint free of charge.
You may cancel your print order for a full refund at any time before production begins. Once an order passes manual quality inspection and is sent to our physical lab, cancellation is no longer possible.
